ALEXANDRA DIANA DEMOU

FOUNDER/ CEO

Ms. Demou is the founding owner of Welcome Home Mexico, a relocation and real estate company based in Polanco, CDMX where she currently devotes all of her time.

Alexandra is from NYC. She studied Hotel and Hospitality Management in Greece and in New York. She has a Swiss Diploma and a B.S. from New York University. After working at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Columbus Circle, she decided to change paths and applied to Bank Street College where she has a Master’s Degree in Education. 

Alexandra taught at private schools, K-5, in New York City for several years before moving to Mexico where she continued teaching, consulting and working in school administration at the British American School in Tijuana, the Colegio Americano in San Luis Potosi, the American School Foundation in Mexico City among other academic institutions.

Welcome Home Mexico continues to grow tremendously each year. Our clients, property owners, buyers and renters are loyal and happily recommend us to others for our strong emphasis on meticulous service, follow up and long lasting relationships.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Monica is organized, creative and comes to Welcome Home Mexico with experience in relocation. Her innovative ideas, attention to detail and savvy technological skills keep Welcome Home running at its optimal level. Her professionalism and service oriented background make her a perfect liaison between our clients and our agents.

EMMANUEL ESPARZA ALTAMIRANO

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Emmanuel tiene 15 anos de experiencia en ventas de bebidas carbonatadas, isotonicas y alcoholicas. 7 anos de experiencia a nivel Nacional, manejando los caneles de distribucion: Tradicional, Moderno y On trade.

Conocimiento de estructura de negocio de distibuidores, cadenas de autoservicios, y mayoristas mas importantes dentro de la industria.

Experiencia en estrategias de negociacion con compradores de autoservicios. Conocimiento del proceso de P&L, planes de precios y promocion. Conocimiento en el desarrollo de planes de negocio para marcas de consumo. Vision de ventas de valor y rentabilidad. Ownership.

Emmanuel es de Mexico y tiene cuatro anos trabajando con WHM.

VANESSA PERDRIAU

EXPERT REAL ESTATE SALESPERSON

Vanessa Perdriau has 21 years of experience in the hospitality industry. She worked for 10 years in renown and luxury hotels, where she held several management positions in the Hyatt International and Intercontinental Hotels Group. Mrs. Perdriau developed over four years as Director of Food and Beverage and has notable expertise in management. She has a wonderful track record working in positions which included pre-opening of a restaurant and resort experience, which allowed her to build strong and trusting relationships with professionals and executives around the world: Morocco, Spain, Sultanate of Oman, Mexico, Indonesia and Singapore. She also administrated the first guest house in Casablanca, Morocco for 11 years where she identified new markets and business opportunities to increase sales. Mrs. Perdriau holds a diploma from EHL, Swiss Hospitality Management School in Lausanne. She has been in Mexico for 10 years!
